Our clients across Upstate South Carolina have trusted us to bring their vision to life with craftsmanship, communication, and care.
At VC Custom Homes, we’re proud to build more than just houses; we build lasting relationships with the people who live in them. Here’s what some of our homeowners have to say.
“We had an amazing experience building a custom home with VC. We had never built a custom home before so there was a lot that we did not know. The team at VC helped educate us in decision making and provided fantastic guidance to ensure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Huge shout…”
“WE LOVE OUR HOUSE. Five years ago, my wife Janet and I purchased three acres of land in Travelers Rest with the thought we might build “our forever” home and garage on the property. Against the admonitions of friends and family we made the decision to build. At the time we lived in Atlanta but…”
“I found myself in a challenging position in efforts to help my in laws build something within reason and budget. Emie first and foremost answered the phone well after 5 pm which wow! “We love our new home built by Vicars Construction. High quality builder that is very responsive through out the entire building process. She replies promptly, is courteous, knowledgeable and goes…”

“We’ve been in our home since January of 2022. We were thankful to be in the first round of homes being built in the Palmetto Farms community. We found it at just the right time and were able to make changes in the upgrades (LVP flooring, single large basin sink, gas range), as we had…”
“VC Homes haven been amazing. We were first time home buyers and the quality of our home was amazing. We have friends who built a far larger more expensive home. They have had so many things to fix and repair and the home building company is still fixing things almost 2 years later. That’s if…”
“This builder is amazing. His homes are beautiful and well built. One year after buying this home, I’m still satisfied. They include a lot of extras that most charge for upgrades. From Kim in the office to the painters, the entire team is awesome. Geoff that’s comes if you have any issue, is phenomenal! The…”
